Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AdexTrades application ("the App") at app.adextrades.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including members who access the free tier through an active Diamond or Platinum membership and members who subscribe to the full-access tier.

AdexTrades provides a personal trading intelligence platform ("the App") that includes, but is not limited to: a trading journal, trade log, portfolio tracker, live alerts feed, market screeners, options flow data, technical analysis tools, and educational content.

The App is an educational software platform. It is not a financial advisory service, a registered investment advisor, or a broker-dealer. AdexTrades does not provide personalized investment advice.

Access to the App requires an active Diamond or Platinum membership through AdexTrades' official membership platform (Whop). Full-access features require a separate paid subscription to the AdexTrades App tier.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify AdexTrades immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If your Diamond or Platinum membership is cancelled, suspended, or otherwise terminated, your access to the App will be revoked. AdexTrades reserves the right to terminate App access upon membership cancellation without notice or refund of any remaining subscription period.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Nothing in the App, including but not limited to trade alerts, screener results, options flow data, AI-generated analysis, analyst commentary, or any other content, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to engage in any investment activity.

All content in the App is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance of any strategy, setup, or alert shown in the App does not guarantee or predict future results.

You acknowledge that trading securities, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make and any resulting gains or losses.

AdexTrades strongly recommends consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

The full-access tier of the App is billed monthly through Whop. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current subscription price.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. AdexTrades reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

Failure to maintain an active Diamond or Platinum membership will result in immediate loss of App access, regardless of any remaining full-access subscription period.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the App without express written permission
• Use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the App by automated means
• Use content from the App to make investment recommendations to third parties
• Misrepresent your affiliation with AdexTrades or claim that any App content constitutes personalized financial advice

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, algorithms, screener logic, scoring models, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of AdexTrades LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial trading education. This license terminates automatically upon cancellation of your membership or subscription.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data you enter into the App — including journal entries, trade records, and portfolio information — is stored securely and is accessible only to you and AdexTrades personnel with a legitimate need to access it for support or system maintenance purposes.

The App sources market data from third-party providers including Polygon.io and others. AdexTrades does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Market data may be delayed or contain errors.

Options flow data displayed in the App reflects activity reported by third-party data providers and does not constitute insider information or guarantee future price movement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADEXTRADES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADEXTRADES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADEXTRADES IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdexTrades LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

AdexTrades reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
